The soup is just a very simple water+salt soup. The egg was just the normal boiled egg instead of the ramen egg (Ajitsuke Tamago).When questioned about it, they said that Mauritian are very picky and would not buy it if it was a proper ramen soup! Errrrr..... Ok??? I would suggest that they do not name the dish a ramen dish if they are not going to serve a ramen dish! They can just call it a noodle soup dish! Redstick serves some of the most delicious dim sum Iβve had. While Iβm not an expert, they are far superior to the usual π£π°πΆππ¦π΅π΅π¦π΄ you find in Mauritius, primarily because they are steamed rather than boiled, preserving their flavor perfectly. The menu offers an impressive variety of dim sum, along with dishes and sushi for those who might not be dim sum fans.
The only downside is the lack of special packagesβfor instance, deals on 3 or 4 baskets would be a great way to save a bit when ordering multiple items. That said, the quality and taste make it well...
