KFC — Restaurant in Isle Mauritius

Very bad service. The self-service ordering machine had a bug, crashing when prompting the user to key in PIN for credit card payment. The senior female staff was so obnoxious and blamed me for the crash. She said all previous customers’ order went through except mine, so her conclusion is that I’m to blame. She insisted that J stand there and wait for the ordering system to reboot and for me to complete the transaction. I told her it would be better for me to place my order at the counter instead. She literally snatched my credit card from my hand but I pulled it back. I looked at her and told her “Hello, customer service!”. Very lousy service attitude. The other staff had insolent attitude too… their facial expressions 😳

Chicken was dry and tasted suspiciously stale… like frozen chicken from Brazil that spent 2 months in cold containers at sea.

Bought zinger @ Roche Bois today evening but seems they use stale buns.they heated it n burned part of it and by the time it reached home for kids the buns were hard n not edible. Same for nuggets n chips seemed stale.Very disappointed.please give better training to ur staffs abt expiry dates on buns or how to preserve them n also to serve freshly cooked food when we order..we dont pay to eat stale food..first and last visit at roche Bois kfc..the staffs failed in...

Watch out, folks, there's that chubby lady of Indian background with pointy lips. Watch out of her smirks and grins, and if she goes back and forth to the kitchen multiple times while handling the transaction and taking your orders. She's going to spit in your food or tell the kitchen staff to do malicious stuff...
