I had an extremely disappointing experience at McDonald's recently that highlights a significant issue with the customer service at this location. I was served a flat Coke Zero, which clearly indicated that something was wrong with the machine. When I politely asked the staff for a replacement with water, I was met with a rude refusal.

It's shocking and unacceptable that staff members who are supposed to be in the service industry could be so unprofessional and dismissive of a simple request. Their attitude suggested that they were either unaware or simply did not care about the basic standards of customer service. This is a serious issue that reflects poorly on the entire establishment.

I then asked to speak with a manager, and thankfully, she was polite and understanding.
