Tender Grill — Restaurant in Isle Mauritius

THIS REVIEW IS FOR TENDER GRILL BRANCH AT BEAU BASSIN! I am giving a two stars, just because the food was good. HOWEVER: The owner has no customer service, is rude, replies back and does not know how to manage when there are many customers...for instance on a Saturday night and when they do promos. I called at about 18 15 on a Saturday night and ordered one portion of food for take away. He told me the food would be ready only at 19 45! I said is it possible to have it for 19.30 because it is only for one item from their menu, he said he would inform me if it's ready (by WhatsApp). 19 30....no contact. I called and asked whether my food was ready. he said yes it is ready, you may come to take it. I went there and there was a long queue in front and the customers did not seem very happy! All seemed angry. I was a bit hesitant to go in front and then I did so and asked the owner for my food (that was about 19 45). He said not ready. I said I ordered x thing and you confirmed it was ready over phone!!!!! He looked at me aggressively and said there were many people in front of him so he mixed up my order and to wait for 5-10 minutes. That was when he said to the cooks to prepare my order! I was gobsmacked and said I am not interested, I AM LEAVING. He did not even apologise and I just left!what was the point of me calling him or ordering in advance!!!!!! We went for the Saturday buffet, which on the day comprised of Curries (chicken Lazeez, Amristari prawns, Pahadi fish, Aloo Muttar), Tandoor (Tangli chicken, Angara chicken kebab, Elaithi Malai kebab), Butter naan, Indian fusion fried noodles, Lamb haleem, Jeera rice and Rasgoola as dessert.
