Subway — Restaurant in Plaine Magnien

If you are looking for the worst service ever, I trust this is the place to go.

Waiting times are horrible, at some point staff was just chatting and only stopped when a steward stepped in asking if the people in front of him had been served. They then resumed the service. You will also wait to be served even if there isn't anyone in the queue, they will just be minding their own business and not care about customers ... That's how the queue started to fill...

We were also overcharged but we could not make a claim because the staff only provided us with the bank slip and not the bill with the purchase details. Since we were boarding soon, we could not wait any longer.

Sincerely hope they just go out of business and get replaced by people who actually care for...

This team deserved a ZERO star. They choose what you eat. I ordered a chicken teriyaki with Italian bread, american cheese and ended with I dont really know what as they didnt have anything I wanted. They are not nice, not welcoming. When you ask why they dont have the ingredients you wished, they shout at you. Not to mention the excessive price for a sandwich. Ate Subway almost everywhere in the world....WORST EVER SUBWAY at the airport...

Worst Subway I've been to! Staff are inexperienced, took them 1 hour just to serve 5 people in line. They kept on talking to each other. Also one of the ladies who was handling the bread and ingredients, didn't change their gloves after handling different kinds of meat. When I asked her to change her gloves, she rolled her eyes. What's the point of wearing gloves if you're not going to change them after touching all sort of meats,...
