We were in a group and we all got up to leave. I needed to run to the toilet before boarding and left my duty free shopping. A friend in the group picked up my bag and was told to leave it as i had to take it due to security...the waitress even confirmed we were all a group,but the manager would not let her bring my shopping to me. I lost my gifts of tea! That is all that was in the bag...sealed, with the till slip. I'm really unhappy about this and feel like since you kept my tea,you can reimburse me! But I guess that's never going to happen! Thanks for nothing...you could see it was tea,you could see we were a big group.very unhelpful and not in the friendly spirit of Mauritius we encountered...

Mr Anil has spoiled my holiday after spending so much money at last when I was having some food and Anil misbehaved with me so badly after his mistake and his staff’s mistake I can’t mention it was such a bad incident he will surely close this outlet because of his behaviour please ask your staff and throw him out , your senior manager came he pacified me and said sorry for the incident and trouble I faced I threw my food on the table and went out I think it was Saurav and Nikhil pacified me and were sorry on the behalf of Anil they both were very nice and thank god I will now take beautiful memories...

We ordered a Pizza and avvo on toast on take away.
When my wife opened to have a bite of the avvo on toast a lovely roach was chilling on the olive.
The manager was quick to assist and refunded as immediately. The refund was not our concern, my wife is traumatized as she took two bites and the little fella was staring at her.
Although this should never happen in a kitchen, the kitchen is in a big mess so I was not surpised by...
