McDonald's — Restaurant in Vacoas-Phoenix

Worst experience ever at a Mc Donald's outlet...even the 1 star rating is too high for the service offered. In fact could give 1/2 star for the temperature of the food served. My order has been taken by the MANAGER and she did not even care to inform us that there was no salad at all. We ordered food for 11 people around Rs3k: 1st mistake, instead of coke we got a cup of milkshake or something like that and guess what...it's okay, the manager took it easy, it was not her fault nor that of her staff, so a cup of coke handed over without ANY apology. 2nd, we asked to get a table cleaned (from the manager herself) since it was a complete mess around in the dine-in area but we had to remind her of our request 10mins later. 3rd, 2 of us were observing the staff preparing our order and we requested all those among us to check their burgers before eating, surprise, no lettuce nor tomato slice. When queried, it was not the problem of the manager and one staff only informed that there's no salad sir. Again no apologies, I told her that we could have been informed of that at the time of order (order taken by Mrs. MANAGER herself) and lastly, we paid full rates for all the meals. 4th, we ordered 2x8 wings and got served only 2x4. I again went to the counter saying "madam, we are getting too many problems with our order"...she did not even dare to reply me, she only called her staff saying "hey you served 2x4 instead of 2x8, bring me 2 more boxes of 4" and handed over to me the boxes again without any apology. Ohh forgot to mention that we mentioned "dine-in" on ordering and we were served in paper bags. Before going, we cleaned up all our mess and... last but not least...all bins were full! Bravo McDonald's...quality...

hello, this is to inform you that I wish to make a complainte concerning the MC donalds of phoenix jumbo.

I went there 9 pm on the drive thru. waited for atleast one hour to order the food as there was a long queue before us.

We ordered our food with the lady on the drive thru counter. 1 mac saver + 1 aloo tiki meal. when we reach at the delivery person, she gave me only one coke. I told her that there should be 1 more coke. she took my receipt.. close the door without informing me. after some mins, a man came without manner.. asked me what's the issue. told him the situation. he told me in a rude manner : madam ki pu problem, ki alloo tiki pu p passer nepli ena sa ici. nepli faire sa en meal. " told him that i didn't receive any information with the counter lady. he told me" nepli faire à depi la fin novembre. i angrily told him that i waited 1 hour in the line to tell me that you don't do meal for veg??? hé told me yes.. and said " si kumsa ou p ggn problem, laisse li mo va donne ou li en cadeau.. prend li bour li dans ou la bouche cadeau prend li prend li en cadeau. i was really really surprises.

Upon reaching home, the patti was like frozen one and there was no tomato! Lettuce! Or onion in the burger. We are paying to have something to eat and this is how you treat your customer?

Really shamefull for a big food company.

didn't thought that he would have said something rudely,!!! inacceptable to have such customer service.

Giving one star only because Google does not have RED FLAG options for negative reviews. Poor poor service. The place was full of trainees yesterday. Most of them clealy didn't even want to be there. I waited over 20 minutes while my order appeared as "being served" on the screen. A supervisor/manager came over and I queried about it. He searched around and found my order ticket lying on some junk instead of being at the work area where orders are packed up and proceeded to preparing my order. Not a single apology. I witnessed a few complaints in those 20 minutes. Still, no apologies. McDonald's only allows vaccinated clients in their restaurants. Fair enough. How about in-house regulations for staff? A lady was taking orders at the counter, handling money and serving food. Not only she handled food with her bare hands, at one point, I saw her rub her nose and straighten her mask (not even properly) with the same hand. You are not expected to smile and/or to go the extra mile on minimum wage. Just be considerate...
