Toks Aguascalientes Universidad — Restaurant in Aguascalientes

I came to this restaurant because my husband recommended it. Unfortunately my experience was horrible. To start our waitress was not so friendly, my mother asked her for straws for our drinks and she brought 3, there were 10 of us she said she can only give us 3 because the straws are for the milkshakes. Then when she brought the food she almost hit my mom with the plate, my husband and my food was cold we ordered the sizzling meat plate, like it was taken out of the fridge and plated. We asked her to bring us a fresh plate of food, again the food was still cold. The servers could use a proper customer service training and the kitchen staff should be inspected how can they serve such...

Good service, good food, good prices, good parking space (usually), close to my house. It checks all the boxes for me when I'm in the mood for a chat with my non-gaming friends.

Also they're taking measures to keep people apart because of the whole pandemic business, so...

Horrible lugar. Es la segunda vez que voy a este Toks y la primera vez no fue como hoy; para empezar la mesera que nos atendió lo hizo de muy mala gana, en segunda pedí unos chilaquiles con cecina y me trajeron 4 tiritas de cecina y los chilaquiles sabían rancios, como si hubieran usado tortillas rancias y las hubiesen bañado en salsa y al horno de microondas, y todo por $210 lo cual se me hizo muy caro para lo que nos dieron; tuve que esperar como 30 minutos para que me llevaran ese platillo tan horrible, y para acabar esperar otros 15 minutos a que me llevaran la cuenta que nunca llegó, tuve que levantarme y pedírsela a una mesera, y tengo que recalcar que el lugar no estaba ni a la mitad de su capacidad, estaba muy vacío así que no entiendo la desorganización que tenían. Definitivamente NO VUELVO NUNCA...
