Little Caesars — Restaurant in Alfredo V. Bonfil

It’s impossible to tell how this pizza was because they don’t honour their hours, they close early and they don’t give a damn. You could tell right on their faces, several people came after me, trying to get a late night meal and brushed off even though there’s plenty of product in the oven, I don’t know what you’re going to do.

I’m really not impressed at all with this place, it seems to be the only one in the city or the closest one to me. But if you don’t get there early, don’t bother even try Uber Eats because they shut the computer down even before the store closes. at least there is a KFC across the street and on the other side at the bus terminal. There is a 24 hour subway that’s open so you still have a choice I will not little...

Me quedé con ganas de comer, debido a que una señora que de hace pasar por Gerente en la sucursal de Bonfil de Cancún se negó a ofrecer servicio, primero mencionando que no tenía el producto que buscaba (pizza 4 sabores) y posteriormente (una vez que modificamos la orden por dos pizzas de pepperoni) argumentando que no podía cobrar con tarjeta porque “no puede exceder el límite diario de cobros por esta vía” ... lo cual para mí perdón pero suena a evasión de impuestos o algún tipo de manipulación del personal para quedarse con el dinero en efectivo y meter los productos como merma...

Lo más indignante es no sólo quedarme sin cenar después de recorrer más de 29km para comprar sus productos... sino el trato de la persona que no ofrece sus datos, muestra cinismo en sus actitudes y carece de toda calidad en el servicio.... la próxima ves terminaré mejor por ir con la competencia que está a sólo...
