If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Dining at Equis, within the stunning Zadún resort, was an unforgettable experience from start to finish.

The atmosphere is refined yet relaxed, with a breathtaking oceanfront setting that sets the tone for an exceptional evening. The service was impeccable—attentive, warm, and knowledgeable about every dish.

We started with a selection of appetizers that were beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. For the main course, I had the octopus, which was perfectly grilled—tender, smoky, and delicately seasoned. My husband chose the white fish, cooked to perfection and paired with fresh, vibrant ingredients that truly highlighted the quality of the seafood.

Sea food restaurant at Ritz Carlton is what you would expect. High quality food and service. We ordered ceviche made by Erica which wad out of this world. Best I have ever had and I mean it. Red snapper was a catch of the day and absolutely delicious. Side dishes a good compliment to the meal. Fir dessert we got chocolate cake which was just as good as everything else.
