La Choya — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

The staff was not particularly friendly but the coffee does seem to be of great quality. This is not a traditional coffee shop as you may think of in the US or Canada. This is truly a coffee seller. There are only two small tables across from the payment counter and that's it. Just a heads up. But if you just want great coffee to brew on your own at home, it's the best here. Great coffee. I've used them for the past year. Remember, though---if you're new to La Paz, and making cold brew, say, on the kitchen counter overnight ... If you make cold brew in the hotter months, it's going to be "done" in far less time than other cities, say. I came from Morelia. My favorite little place for coffee beans. It smells so wonderful. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable. And the place is always spotless when I visit.
