They used to have very good delivery service but now it is terrible. I order my groceries on the app and very close to the time of my delivery I got a message telling me that they won't be able to deliver my groceries because they didn't have a driver. Although they offer to deliver them the next morning, I told them not to send it because I wouldn't be at home in the . morning. However next morning I got a message telling me about some products they didn't have and offering some substitutes. I thought 🤔 they hadn't cancelled my order so I accepted the substitutes but told them to send it by 2 pm. When the time came, they didn't show up. So I check my app, my order was cancelled but I decided to order it again. And again, I got a message telling me they couldn't send my order because they didn't have a driver. What the heck! This is a two story Soriana structure in which the actual grocery store is on the second floor while various hiper shops remain below on the ground floor. There are moving ramps, escalators without escaleras, to move you upward. Soriana here has very limited space for frozen foods, so there is almost no selection of microwavable food, frozen burritos, pizza, nada mucho. And there is no cut up fresh fruit and jicama. This place has groceries. The front area of the store has lots of little shops. There is a barber shop here that does a great cut. I get my hair cut here. Some cell phone gadget stores and dress shops here to. My favorite are the robo massage chairs. ...
