SEARED — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

Horrible. Terrible terrible experience as a local seared boasts premium status in los Cabos however it fails miserably long story short we were there for a birthday celebration the time it took to deliver our meal was ridiculous and very very frustrating.

When politely asking why it was taking forever with absolutely zero explanation no one could provide us with any help on the matter finally i had enough and asked for the cheque without our meal and of course, 2 incompetent managers appeared from nowhere offering an apology which was too late by a mile.

Seared is a way overpriced Resteraunt where they charge absurd prices but spectacularly fail on customer service they should look at their competitors like Arbol at Las Ventanas where they do it professionally and knock it out the park unlike what our experience was and won't be back.

Birthday meal ruined by...

This is one of the BEST places in Cabo hands down. We came early and had some wine in the lounge, the sommelier Alejandro is so nice and we loved talking with him. Our waiter Alberto was amazing, and so was Christian the manager. I made sure to write all of their names down including the hostess Evelin because of the impeccable service and fabulous food. Be sure to get the huge shrimp for an appetizer and the sauce was amazing to dip them in. All our food was to die for. I looked at the dessert menu and said I wish they had tres leches and low and behold, they come out and bring me tres leches off the menu. We cannot wait to come back here. Thank you Palmilla...

How do you say "offensive and obnoxious in Spanish?" Ive stayed at the hotel and eaten at the restaurants for about a decade. Many of the staff know me. When I made a reservation on open table we assumed we would have a happy experience but instead were met with bs and attitude. "It's a $220 set menu for NYE" ok, not our cup of tea but we would abide! Then, it's, well you aren't hotel guests (currently) so it's $550🤔 honestly? There's no honesty.
