Yesterday while at the airport I couldn’t find any almond milk for my little one’s bottle ready to board. I decided to go to Starbucks to get a cup of LUKEWARM almond milk- I had my stepdaughter wait once I ordered my milk. I very politely asked the cashier (holding my babies bottle) stating I needed some almond milk not hot just lukewarm and if not possible just cold. I speak fluent Spanish so I know she completely understood my request. My stepdaughter waited for the drink and came back since I was chasing my little one near our gate. The milk was scorching hot!!! I then chased my little one and we made it back to the Starbucks, I had to flag down one of the girls who makes the drinks as the line was so long now and I couldn’t wait in the line again. I explained to her (IN SPANISH) that the milk we just received was scorching hot and I needed lukewarm or at this point just cold almond milk for my babies bottle. Before anything she was extremely rude, actually they all were. She asks me where the milk is.. I say I’m chasing my little one and the milk was back where we were sitting. She tells me she can’t help me without bringing her the other milk. ARE YOU KIDDING.. you’re gonna just throw it away?? I was pissed. I walked back to get the scorching hot almond milk carrying my little one which is probably a hazard as they couldn’t even properly put a lid on. I bring it back and they give me the cold almond milk because asking for lukewarm is just too hard of a task for them. 0 STARS 0 STARS FOR THE RUDE EMPLOYEES. Mind you, I have a lot of respect for food and beverage workers but for them absolutely not. So unfriendly & unhelpful. Anyone that has any sort of common sense would be more helpful than them. Will never be back to this Starbucks & I sure hope if I do end up in SJD airport in the future- I...
Read moreI expect long lines at Starbucks airport locations so wasn't put off by the considerable line in the Cabo (SJD) airport. It was only about 12 - 15 deep so I joined the queue. While the line moved along at a tolerable pace, it was the 20+ minute wait for our coffees that made this a 3 star review. The staff was nice enough but there was no sign of efficiency. The best part about it sadly wasn't the coffee, rather the comic relief provided by joking with other thirsty Starbuckers. Know...
Read moreCoffee cold and weak, and low in volume- I ordered a grande white peppermint mocha. It is supposed to come with two shots but either the barista only put in one or the coffee is weaker than I am used to because it was incredibly weak. Also it was lukewarm (about the temperature you would expect for a kid’s hot cocoa), and the volume was only about as much as a tall, not a grande. Overall extremely disappointing to pay $120 pesos for this lame excuse for a...
