Borek Empanadas — Restaurant in Baja California

I ordered several empanadas from this place and I also added on the uber eats order that I needed several chipotle dressings, I would think they could add 1 per empanada, and they did not listen to the clear instructions given, they only added 1 little dressing, not even enough for 1 empanada, I also asked to speak to the person in charge for the day, he was there next to the girl who answered the phone and told her to ignore my feedback, I have been a customer for quite some time now and this has happened 3 times now, I have never been a person to come out here and give any good or bad reviews but I think this would be helpful towards others ordering, give them a call after placing the order to remind them of your order notes because they do not pay any attention at all, and uber does not sanction them or nothing. I will say their empanadas are good but they need desperate customer service attention and re-evaluation. Hope this helps another customer. I will just twink twice about ordering next...

My aunt and I loved their broccoli soup! Just had two dental extractions, wanted to give it a try .... and the soup Did not disappoint !!! Going again as soon as they open tomorrow , for more soup and to try the Oreo, Nutella and one of the fruit options.. My teen LOVED THE BUFFALO STYLE EMPANADA AND CHIPOTLE 2. (ORIGINALLY WANTED THE PEPPERONI BUT THEY RAN OUT SO WE WENT FOR THE ONLY CHOICES AVAILABLE-was 15min’s till closing time- EXTREMELY HAPPY THAT HE WAS HAPPY). .... So goodbye to the same ole’ tacos .
