In the first bite, you'll notice this burger is special. They have Great tasting Burgers and Hot Dogs. The buns used are a lighter type of bread. So when you eat the burger, you can taste more of the things between the bread than the bread.

Also, for street food, this spot has a good presentation value. You can even call the food "photogenic".

I mean things like, the cart always looks clean and freshly painted; the guy wears a uniform; it has a table and chair for you to sit; there are toothpicks inserted through the burgers to keep it together. All those things are nice touches. Things like that are what I mean when I say presentation value.

Late night options are dying out, but these guys are still out there making solid burgers after 11pm. A substantial beef patty on a light, fluffy bun. We didn't try the chicken, but all the burgers were very good. Fries were also good and they have salchipapas for the kids or if you're just feeling nostalgic. it’s rare to find a night vendor who uses home made buns and uses fresh beef!

He has 4-5 sauce available for you to use. The garlic and tartar sauce are great.
