This place is just as gorgeous as pictured, the ambiance is utterly amazing. Then staff were very kind and seemed very well trained and hard working. Even the bathrooms are so cute. Just being there is an experience. We had reservations at Fauna the restaurant on the property and were over an hour early so we decided to check out the wine garden. We didn't try any of the food since we'd be eating at Fauna soon.

Possibly I misunderstood the purpose/point of the wine garden, but we tentatively planned to each order a glass of wine made at Bruma. I marked a star down because the wine menu was only available by the bottle, and a large portion of the choices were not from Bruma, Valle de Guadalupe or even Mexico. I wish I'd taken a picture of the menu, it seemed so odd. We came to try the Mexican wines we've heard so much about, not imported wines.

When I think back on it, it seems like there must be something we're missing, like maybe there's someplace else on the property you go exclusively to try Bruma's wines, and the wine garden is only for non-Bruma wines? I know from research that wine tastings are only available on certain days of the week and Monday isn't one of those days...but wouldn't you think you can still order a glass of Bruma wine outside of the tastings? We were able to later have some paired while at Fauna, but it still made us feel like the point of the wine garden was the decor/ambiance, not drinking Bruma wine.

To be honest we didn't feel like ordering a bottle, but it felt rude to back out at that point since so many staff had already been kind and helpful at that point. We ordered the only one we saw from Valle which was a Vena Cava wine. It was good, but it was still substantially more alcohol than just 1 glass per...

Incredibly disappointing!! The vibe is great, super cool. The wine and drinks are really good as well. It's a cool place. But that said.... The quantity of food is RIDICULOUSLY small. I’m not a big eater, at all, but this is like something out of a comedic movie. I ordered the fish....and "no more than" a 3 oz piece arrived on a small side plate about the size of a bread plate by itself...it was a piece of white fish on a white plate with not even a garnish. It did come with a side of sauce in a mini-pitcher, but literally nothing else. It's worth mentioning that it doesn't say "a la carte". It was truly pathetic. Would I come back? For the atmosphere? Yes. For the wine sure. For the food? There's a zero percent chance of that. If you decide to go there, literally order at least two portions...and be sure to order a couple of sides. Could I recommend it to others? No. I've spent almost a decade in the Valle de Guadalupe...and I’m here a very large percentage of the year. I've been to many different places here. This was a huge disappointment. I feel so ripped off that I won't be back. I felt like I was scammed. EDIT: It's been about three days now and I've had time to think this over, and I’m stilled really pissed and...

I just had the most excellent meal and the Bruma Wine Garden. It was amazing. We started off with the scallop tostada on the advice of our server and it was by far (!!) the best we’ve ever had. The flavor was incredible, and the tostada itself was so tasty I was sad because I know I’ll never have one as good as that when I go home. I may have Jay experienced peak tostada!

The cheese board was also fabulous. It came with walnuts and grapes, along with a strawberry compote (holy moly rocky was it good), raw honey, olive oil, and four mini waffles in lieu of crackers. We took some of the compote spread it into the waffle squares, then spread a delightfully soft and aromatic goat cheese on top. It was pure joy eating that bad boy.

Then we had our Burrata, spinach, and bacon pizza. The crust was warm and soft, the cheese was melting at the edges, and the spinach was luscious. I’ve never had anything quite like it, it was a delight.

We didn’t have any wine so I can’t comment on that other than to say everyone partaking seemed to be enjoying their selections. I’d also add that whoever chooses the music did an A+ job,...

The menu is creative, and the food tastes live up to the creativity. The main courses were exceptional! The ingredients are fresh and local to the region. I don't know where else I would find tender beef tongue on a freshly rolled pizza dough with Mexican cheese. The Lechon on croissant sitting in sauce reminds me of a French dip. The short rib noodles look massive! It is full of creamy beef flavors, you will find yourself slurping for more! Note: This restaurant is outside the gate to the Bruma Winery. In the same garden area, there is a "market", a wine tasting shop/bar, this restaurant, and a cafe/dessert shop. We made a reservation here thinking we can also visit the Bruma Winery, but weren't allowed into the winery because a separate reservation at the winery is required.
