Horrible Service!!!!! I HAVE NEVER WALKED OUT OF A RESTAURANT and I did today! We made reservations for 8 people @ 6:30pm. Arrived on time and got seated within 5 min. It was a bit cold and asked to have a heater placed near our table 3 times before they made time do so. We ordered drink and appetizers first followed by dinner. As we waited for dinner the waiter didnt check on us and we started getting a bit frustrated. By 8pm we politely asked where our food was, he then explained that the kitchen was behind with the orders. He then proceeded to say that it should take another 5min. We waited 10 min, got our things and walked out. The place not even full to say they were overwhelmed and no one tried to stop us as we walked...

This was my first time. this restaurant was highly recommended to me by someone who lives in Rosarito and has frequented the restaurant. On the positives the restaurant is very clean and beautifully decorated the interior is nice. The servers are very attentive and friendly. The patio has a beautiful view of the hillside and many vineyards. The food was average. We ordered a seafood platter that was OK but not great. We also ordered and shared a steak platter and the steak was very chewy and had lots of nerves and tendons. I did not enjoy the steak. Stopped by on a Wednesday evening, almost empty. Most of he main dishes ( lechon, cordero) were great in flavor and quantity was pretty generous. The small things are what keep this restaurant from getting 5 stars: meat ordered medium was served more than medium well, tortillas served with other dishes were of poor quality and hardened once they were cold, a digestivo ordered at the end was super watered down. View is great, staff is friendly and accommodating, prices are reasonable, food is good, but details keep this from being fine dining. Would...
