Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Baja California

This location is not good for uber eats. My daughter order me a chicken sandwich. Which arrived in ten minutes. The chicken was tough. It was over cooked or reheated . i called the location and was told by an employee to go by and to exchange it. When I arrived I spoke to the manager which informed me that it was uber eats that was responsable cause they did not pick it up on time I adviced her that it arrived in ten minutes and should not have been as tough as I received it. My daughter called ubereats they said that Carl jr. Is responsable. So I guess they bounce you around like that so they won't have to deal with customers. Bad customer service on both ends. Do not order ubereats from this location cause you will run into the same problem. I cant believe they were not willing to exchange it. I did not want anything extra just the same. While at the Carl’s Jr installation, I was able to order a famous star burger, fries, a cookie and a soda by the drive thru service. The service was amazing, they were extremely quick and accurate with my order, which I appreciate. The burger was very tasty. They ensured to add a good amount of vegetables, and apart from the fact that I ordered it without pickles ( something they did add ), I still really enjoyed it. The fries on the other hand are delicious, very crispy and full of flavor. The cookie I ordered was still warm and quiet mouth watering. The soda I ordered was fine although I consider that they added a larger amount of ice, something that washed down the overall flavor. My opinion of Carl's Jr is that it is very good like every place has its touch or rather "its secret ingredient". It has a great variety in its products since it is for all kinds of people from children to vegetarians. When I got to the drive-thru I thought I will be waiting a long time in line to order, but I wasn't, it was moving fast. The treatment of the workers was good, all very friendly and attentive. On this occasion, I ordered a famous star burger and fries, these were a bit thin and most had potato peel. But in general, everything was good, I recommend this place for a meal after school, a game or if you don't know what to eat it would be a very good option to eat something quick.
