this burger restaurant was a pleasant surprise to me on novena st. in mexicali,Baja I would recommend to anyone passing thru this CITY in Mexico to give it a try you will not be disappointed i would put this burger up against some of the popular burger restaurant's on the other side of the border the patties were cooked to perfection the BREAD was WARM and the FRESH lettuce and tomatoes with the perfect amount of spread and their seasoned French fries with a few real CHICKEN nuggets made my meal very special and I look forward to returning soon to EAT BURGERS again !!!! 😉😋👍

Ahora puedes pedir por medio de pantallas dentro del establecimiento. El tiempo de espera es poco considerando que casi siempre hay gente. El sabor de las papas está bien aunque considero que podrían estar mejor. A las hamburguesas les falta un poco más de aderezo, están bien condimentadas pero les falta algo más. El pan de las mismas esta muy bueno. Los chicken tenders están súper bien, todo lo relacionado con el pollo lo tienen bien hecho, parece que es su punto fuerte. Las filas para pedir por drive son súper largas algunas veces. Deberían de abrir más restaurantes en la ciudad.

Los burguer lovers deben visitar Eat Burger. La atención es excepcional, las ordenes las preparan rápido y la sirven caliente. Probé el combo Macro y vale la pena en comparación con su valor. Pésimo servicio en Sucursal Novena...

Ya van varias ocasiones en las que prefiero irme al Carls Jr o al Titi Burger de Montecarlo o de plano por unos tacos por el pésimo servicio de la sucursal Novena...

Las pantallas para ordenar no funcionan...

Una ocasión estuve 15 minutos esperando a que alguien me atendiera en el mostrador... me fui...

Otra ocasión por el Drive Thru pedí una hamburguesa sin sal y me dijo la muchacha que se iba a tardar más...  por que la pedí sin sal y tenían que bajar la carne... me fui...

Hoy por el Drive Thru sin nadie delante de mi me dijo la muchacha "en un segundo lo atiendo"... a los 15 min me fui...

Me imagino que los problemas de servicio ya tienen tiempo... pero como antes usaba las pantallas... pues no los sufria...

Ante esta situacion...  ya no vuelvo a ir a la sucursal Novena... y como ninguna me queda cercas...

Pues gracias por el pésimo servicio...  pero.. ...

El estacionamiento es estrecho, su acceso en vía rápida se encuentra con la salida del drive thru, hay que tener cuidado, ya que la segunda entrada es realmente la salida y es muy estrecha.

Las hamburguesas son caras y tienen tamaño de cheeseburger de McDonald's, la carne de tres hamburguesas venía cruda, eso de preparada al momento me hace pensar que no saben preparar la carne y cocinarla a un punto que no sea medium-rare. Tuvimos que tirarlas a los perros. De sabor la carne sabía a suero de carne sin sasonar, el pan estaba seco y solo tibio, parecía pan viejo. Las papas sasonadas fue lo único rescatable y aún así las dejamos por estar aceitosas.
