The only positive comment I can make is there was a cute ambiance and the server was generally fairly nice. However, I cannot comment on the food because we never received our meal.

We arrived around 7 pm and got seated fairly quickly. The restaurant was very busy with numerous large groups. We put in our order at around 7:15 pm. They were incredibly slow with everything, we did not get bread until sitting there for about 45 minutes. At that time, around 7:45, a half hour after we ordered, the server came and said they were out of filet for the steaks, the sauce for one of the pasta, the noodles of that pasta, and a few other ingredients. Though we were concerned he was just bringing this to our attention, he was helpful in providing alternatives for their lack of product.

Though we were waiting patiently, we were getting increasingly frustrated because others were getting their meals and ours was nowhere in sight. After the large group of about 10 people, who arrived an hour after us, got their food we were completely discouraged and realized we were probably not eating any time soon.

Understandably frustrated we decided to leave. We decided to tell the waiter and staff that we felt it was a bit extreme to have us sitting there for nearly two hours with no food and we could not wait any longer. The manager simply said, "I am sorry to hear that and I understand." He did not try to accommodate or mention anything about our food which gave us the impression they still hadn't even started to make our meal. If our meal was close to being ready, he would have encouraged us to wait a short while longer or reassure it was coming out next. He seemed to have no remorse or concern that we had sat there for two hours and were leaving their establishment with empty stomachs.

Though this place seems promising, they simply do not have enough staff or resources to accommodate their guests. I was incredibly excited to try this place but unfortunately, I do not think we...

We arrived at 5pm with a reservation and found the restaurant not to crowded for a Saturday. The upstairs restaurant was closed so we were outside below under the palapa and it was nice. The property boasts hotel type rooms and separate bungalows. Not to sure how many they have or what they look like, but it seems to be accommodating. The restaurant and the food - service started out good, food was okay and as with most places in the Valle it is overpriced. Our waiter must have gotten distracted as he disappeared and had to be searched for on more than one occasion. Typical dropped off your food and left you to fend for yourself. With a supervisor roaming around who offered to help and he too left us with our heater not turned on. Just took off another star for his performance. Beer selection is terrible. Liked it and will give it...

We have been taking people on adventures to Valle de Guadalupe and Baja California for some time now. We found this hidden gem on one of those tours we took to Cascada Arroyo Guadalupe.

We like the place because of its rustic look and open deck to eat and drink. We always take our clients here and they all love it. Like every place we had some issues with the tab, but were fixed immediately (we tend to take big groups and tabs get confusing) with the waiter. We really like their attention to detail and their way of providing service to the clients.

About the food... simply amazing! We always get the Tuna Burrito and the Pantera Rosa drink. Every single time after eating we take people to the horse stables so they can see the horses. Really nice place that is hidden from the swarm of tourists, hope it...

We stayed at Hotel and Boutique Spa and decided to try Fuego restaurant. From the start, the service was kind and welcoming. Our waiter Eric was especially helpful with the menu. We ordered the Camarones Agua Chile, Brussels sprouts, rib eye with mashed potatoes, and the cheesecake made with sheep’s milk. The agua chile, rib eye, and dessert were tasty, familiar flavors done well, but the sides completely stole the show. The mashed potatoes were the creamiest we have ever had, silky and not starchy at all. And the Brussels sprouts? Absolutely unforgettable. Roasted whole in a balsamic glaze with thin strips of bacon, they turned a dish I almost skipped into the star of the night. I will never look at Brussels sprouts the same again. Every other version will be compared to these.

First of all, that comment from Jorge Torres sounds basic as hell! Everyone goes to Finca Altozano (most touristy place ever in Valle) It's nice but I prefer one hundred more times to visit a place that is hidden from multitudes of people. Noisy and outdated patio? Well, you are in Valle de Guadalupe my friend not in San Diego or a metropolitan city, so chill out. The place is cozy, with a nice view of the vineyards. The attention to detail is impressive. The food is very good and the prices are on point knowing that everything you are served is organic and locally grown. They are a vegetarian friendly place. The place has a rustic kind of feeling and they have live music on Sundays. Love the tuna burrito!

BUEN PROVECHO....
