The Valle Omakase is truly an incredible culinary experience throughout. Chef Quindere is likeabke, very knowledgeable, and passionate about the courses he carefully selects and prepares. The chef-curated dinner and direct interactions with the chef were the best. The chef's expertise and the team who worked alongside him made for the most memorable one-of-a-kind experience. His masterpieces were crafted right before our eyes.

Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated before our 5:00 PM tasting experience. We selected a beautiful ceramic sake cup which was filled with delicious sake. The previous experience ended, so we joined the chef at the half circle table for a truly incredible experience. The best dining experience I've ever had. The fish was fresh and the ingredients were locally sourced, some directly from the farm on the property.
We elctected to enjoy the 13 course + 1 dessert experience. They also offer a wine/drink pairing, we ordered our own drinks instead. The 13 courses were so beautifully presented and prepared with passion; meticulous care. The courses were all so unique and flavorful, even consideration to texture.

The restaurant and bar are little, but the views are mighty. The beautiful mountains and vineyards make the most picturesque background.
Reservations are a must, seating is limited because the experience is intended to be intimate/personal. Use OpenTable for your reservation! I look forward to returning during our next visit to Valle. I highly recommend omakase, it provides an unparalleled dining experience. A must!

The restaurant is inside the Hotel Boutique Valley de Guadalupe property. It’s upstairs and THROUGH the other restaurant, Fuego to reach Omakase. The space is bright, airy, minimalist, but still cozy and intimate. Soft but upbeat music, panoramic views of the orchard through floor to ceiling windows, and very kind and attentive staff.
The chef and his staff made each course right in front of us; it was fascinating and the service was top tier. The chef somehow manages the PERFECT amount of food. We were very pleasantly full and satisfied, without being unpleasantly overfull - you know that feeling.
The food scene competition in Valle is stiff, but this place absolutely deserves a spot at the very top. It’s worth the drive and if you’re debating on splurging, do it! It’ll become a core food memory....
