Kairi Ramen — Restaurant in Baja California

The 4 star is specifically for the Ramen with Miso, Pork, and I forgot the type of noodles.

Furthermore, you got to add the crushed garlic to the Ramen. The garlic enhances the flavour of the miso. This is the only ramen place I know that gives you a garlic crusher. I can't emphasize enough how much the crushed garlic helps the favour.

Minus a star because they can improve on the quality of some ingredients like the corn and pork. The corn seems to be made from dehydrated kernels. The pork is dry and crumbles into pieces when you pick it up. I suppose there seems to be no fat on the slice of pork to make it crumble so easily.

Regarding other dishes, the ones I've tried were decent. However, its specialty is ramen so I won't let the other dishes...

Muy bonito el lugar, limpio, cómodo. He ido ya 2 veces, la primera vez apenas había abierto el lugar y muy rica la comida y el servicio super amable, al parecer el dueño estaba atendiendo y era muy amable, la segunda vez fui acompañado, el lugar era más bonito porque había pasado tiempo de mi última visita y había mucha gente (de lo cual me alegro) nos atendió una mesera muy amable y pedimos sin problema, yo pedí unas gyozas al vapor de camarón como entrada y ramen de salmón, llegó un mesero con nuestras gyozas y noté que estás eran fritas y no al vapor, lo noté fácil porque yo ya he hecho gyozas, le dije al mesero que me las habían dado fritas y no al vapor lo cual el contestó de mala manera diciéndome que no era así, que sí eran al vapor y ya no quise discutir solo me las comí. Las bebidas no sabían casi, yo pedí un boba con leche y taro y prácticamente no tenían sabor, después un frappé de choco banana y tampoco tenía sabor, solo era hielo con chocolate. Yo me dedico a la cocina, sé cómo funciona un restaurante y sé que hay días donde la gente no para de llegar y hay mucha presión, pero, el servicio siempre tiene que ser de buena manera y si no estás de humor mejor ni vengas, la gente no tiene la culpa de eso. En conclusión deberían mejorar mucho el servicio y el área de bebidas, la comida está muy bien pero lo demás falta por mejorar porque si tú vas a un restaurante con la mejor comida del mundo pero el servicio es pésimo, jamás...

If you ever visit this area and looking for a place to eat you can’t go wrong with this place. Good prices great service and delicious food. Everything I tasted was delicious the ramen, the noodles, the sushi everything was great. Also a must try is a ormacha it’s horchata mixed with macha delicious. I will definitely come back to this place. Pros delicious food, good prices, great service, very clean. Cons. It’s rare but I can’t think of a bad thing...
