You simply can't find such cheap - yet tasty and filling - paella in the States. It's a tiny place way off the beaten path, but certainly worth the detour.

Lo rico de la paella es saborear todas esas proteínas. El pan no es bolillo, son panecillos del costo. Y a la mujer que atendió le pedimos una bolsa para meter la paella y dijo que no daban bolsas, en lugar de disculparse, nada amable.

I had an individual paella plate, it was really and i would consider one of the best paella options in Tijuana. Rich flavor, with abundant plates and their salad's dressing is very good. The place is small with only 4 tables and mostly take away. Staff is very serviceable and attentive.

On the environmental side they use a lot of single-use plastics and non-recyclable products, all their drinking options are plastic or canned, not very...
