Little Caesars La Mesa — Restaurant in Baja California

Overall, this has to be the worst, unprofessional location. I have several complaints. First, everytime I go to order a Pepperoni pizza that is supposed to be "always hot and ready" seems not NEVER be the case anymore. They try to upsell you into a different pizza that you or your kids don't eat. If you choose not to order a different pizza, it's not ready and you have to wait 15 minutes. They are way too pushy about selling to you instead of doing right by your customer and giving them what they wanted. Either they say it's not ready or they lie and punish you for ordering a plain Pepperoni pizza. On top of that, every single time I come and pay $100 pesos for my $99 peso pizza, I never get my 1 peso change back. They just keep it without saying anything. Also, if you pay in dollars, they don't even keep the price up to be transparent about how much your dollar is worth. They just tell you what ever they want. It seems like this location is skimming money from their customers and lacking service. Their attitudes, level of engagement, and integrity need to be checked at...
