Mariscos La Tostadota — Restaurant in Baja California

This was a tremendous experience visiting this place. The variety of fresh seafood served here is quite remarkable.

When I visited, I really didn't know what to order. So the person that I was with got this layered seafood dish, where all of the different things were stacked on each other. This allowed it to be spread on corn chips.

There were avacados, raw tuna, fried shrimp, squid (I believe) and a few other things that I just couldn't pinpoint.

It was all fresh and delicious.

The drinks were great as well. For the michalada, they bring you the drink but also a 40 ounce beer. So it's like you are drinking two beers.

The corn chips and the variety of sauces were also something that set this place apart from other places. There were about 4 or 5 bottles of different sauces to choose from at each table.

The place was also very and modern.

At the begining when they opened it was great, now the portions are a lot less, and the last 2 times my shrimp was half peeled and worse they still had the feet part "gross:. I am a bit picky but I am not exaggerating. Its hard to find a good place and it upsets me because I really liked this place. So after tossing the food I gave it a second chance and was worse I ended up throwing that order as well. I hope people have a better...

Great find in Tecate. Very fresh seafood . It's a very good take on your typical Mexican seafood. A little too much soy sauce for my taste, but that my opinion. Everyone else said it was ok.
