Me agrada cuando busco un Starbucks y la app o el mapa me manda al más cercano, tocó visitar justo sierra, pedí para llevar, están lindas las instalaciones pero la entrada al drive es muy pequeña y si ya hay gente en auto pidiendo causan fila larga que da al bulevar principal, ojo!! pasan con velocidad, uno que se distraiga pueda generar un choque, así que no olviden poner sus preventivas y ser lo más rápido posible en ordenar para no generar ese caos. Servicio muy amables y atentos, recomiendo el strudel de manzana, es una delicia 🥰

Usually I often go in the afternoon/evening and the service and the drinks are very good. The only thing I don't like it is so cold inside. This week I tried to get a pumpkin spice cold brew coffee early morning, the lady who took my order was kinda rude and not gentle at all. Hope she remembers what she does is customer service and she represent the company...

Awful service and wait times are crazy, the drinks are not the same and the cups are very flimsy, you have to be very careful to to hold the cup, tight because you will spill your drink and they only carry venty size, so no trenta. I was not able to use my card to pay, only gift...
