Thrifty Ice Cream Independencia — Restaurant in Baja California

I bought two pre-packed rectangle boxes of ice cream. When I wanted to change the mocha flavored one for a coffee flavored one they didn't let me. They kept on saying, "we can't because we already marked the flavor on the machine". I tried to talk them into exchanging flavors by giving them ways to tell their boss what happened etc. but they didn't budge. I thought it was very rude of them not to for something so simple and "expensive". My husband says we are never going back. I used to love going to this place. However the owner (older man) seems upset to work there. The place has multiple options is ice cream and he got upset that I was examining all of them.
