Eazy Living Sucursal Centro — Hotel in Baja California

Definitely overrated and overpriced for Tijuana (unless you are staying at least 3+ months, in which case the price drops down to $900 a month).

The pros: Location, while a bit dodgy, is close to Revolucion so it seems safe enough and quieter than being on that actual street. Amenities, like the gym, are nice to have. Security for the apartments themselves seems good. -Staff is mostly quite friendly. -There is usually coffee available in the lobby.

The cons: First apartment I was staying in was definitely not really clean (ex. chunks of food left in the sink, dishes not really clean - and nothing provided to clean them with, somewhat dirty floors...). Luckily the second apartment was better - so luck of the draw. Lack of natural light in the apartments + they also get quite stuffy. Some of the walls are thin, can easily hear neighbors. Despite all the no smoking signs posted, people definitely frequently smoke in the apartments, leaving a stale smoky smell even after trying to air them out. -While the WiFi is usually okay, it does randomly disconnect every so often (but never longer than 30-40 sec). One night a neighbor accidentally left water running and we were woken up at 1:30am by security/concierge to an apartment flooded with about 1-2 inches of water. Staff gave us brooms and some towels and we spent 30 minutes pushing the water out (the staff didn't offer to help). Luckily none of our things were damaged, but there was no inquiry by staff and no compensation of any form was offered, even to discount just that one night.

There aren't many apartments of this type in the area, so it's okay for what it is, but overall there are better options in Tijuana. We moved to a different place after 2 weeks. Note I did deduct a star because of the flooding incident and...

Mi experiencia fue un poco mala Pedimos un cuarto por airbnb todo muy bien muy bonito en fotos y precio. Llegamos se nos asignó la habitación 303 Pero no estaba lista ok no hay problema Esperamos asta las 3:30 para resultar que no estaba lista aún y que nos darían otra habitación Por lo regular cuando pasa ese tipo de cosas por cortesía te da algo igual o mejor Ps este no fue el caso nos dieron algo más pequeño mucho más pequeño fuimos aver que pasó y la respuesta de la representante es que no sabe por qué airbnb nos dio esa habitación si es más costosa pero que no es problema de ellos que si queremos algo más grande como lo que muestran en airbnb paguemos más Siendo que nosotros pagamos una cosa y nos dieron algo de más bajo nivel 1 mienten en lo que pagas pagas algo Y te dan algo de menor valor Bueno pasó eso no quisimos mover mucho x no le daremos mucha importancia 2 el boiler no prendía fuimos por ayuda y las tampoco saben nada al igual que nosotros hay muévanle asta que prenda me dicen ok ya prendió después de varios intentos Pero ahora sale pura agua ardiendo o muy poquita helada literal no puedes tener una ducha agusto tienes que estar agarrando valor para poder aguantar lo caliente o lo helado ok no pasa nada otro error 3 la lavandería según es de 8 am a 22:00pm Resulta y resalta que vamos a lavar nos dicen que está cerrado que asta las 4 por que tbn son las que usan para lavar llas cosas del Hotel tuallas cobijas y todo lo que ellos ocupan lavar 4 creo que es un error poner cuadros tragaluz en ciertas cosas como en un cuarto creo yo que uno quiere al dormir tener su cuarto oscuro al menos yo Y ps el Vesino de al lado nunca apagado su luz del patio que da a mi cuarto ósea que dormí con la luz prendida a de cuenta es otro detalle que molesta querer dormí agusto y que toda la luz entre a tu cuarto y ni que hacer ahí y lo peor Esque no había nadie en el otro cuarto ósea solo estaba prendida por error ya me afectó en mi sueño ok no pasa nada dijimos 5un pedo que te tengan que estar abriendo la puerta suenas el timbre pero duran mucho para abrirte o no te abren según debe de estar un guardia abriéndote pero como que lo ponen a hacer otras actividades y ps descuida su puerta hay tiene que estar uno como loco afuera esperando que alguien te abra 6 tampoco hay privacidad en la sala por los tragaluz en la pared de la sala ósea que de afuera pueden estar viendo para adentro 7 el abanico de techo del cuarto parece que se va a caer y hace un ruido molesto 8 la TV no tiene canales ni nada Y varias cosas más pero ya me enfadé de escribir Es larga la lista A mi punto de vista no vale la pena Venir aquí Si pagas poco pero prefiero poner otro poquito y estar en otro lugar que si te garantize lo básico Una buena ducha Privacidad y algo Bien para poder dormír Ya juntando todo lo que nos pasó la vdd termine asqueado de este lugar Si está muy bonito para fotos para instagram y todo pero uno viene a descansar Las fotos que publican están engañosas lo hacen ver amplio y Dra de y en realidad está muy reducido En fin NO LO RECOMIENDO A MI PUNTO DE VISTA Si tienes la oportunidad de pagar un poquito más mejor ve a otro lado Yo según por ahorrarme unos pesos creo que...

I don’t want to call them money thieves, but as an avid traveler, I meticulously planned my stay in San Diego and eagerly booked what I thought was a hotel in the heart of the city. However, upon confirming my reservation and checking the map for directions, I was dismayed to realize that the hotel was located in Mexico, not San Diego.

Immediately, within 10 minutes of booking, I reached out to the hotel in hopes of canceling my reservation. Unfortunately, despite my swift action, I received no response from the hotel. I then contacted Expedia, seeking their assistance, but unfortunately encountered the same lack of responsiveness.

My reservation spanned two days, and despite the clear misunderstanding and my sincere efforts to rectify the situation promptly, the hotel adamantly refused to issue a refund. This experience left me deeply disappointed, as the inability to obtain a refund for a mistaken reservation due to a misleading location was disheartening, especially with the lack of support from both the hotel...
