Best gelato & best cakes in Cancún!!

They clearly use quality ingredients & their desserts are delicious. My favorites include: frappe de dulce de leche, vasito de pastel chocolate con Nutella y frosting de cafe, tres leches con fresas and gelato (Maracuya/passion fruit, Ferrero Roche, cheesecake with berries, & vanilla).

Primera vez que visito un Mercedes Silva y este nueva Cafetería/Pastelería en Poligono Sur me encantó, tienen un muy buen servicio y lo mejor de todo los dos postres que probé estaban exquisitos. Si tuviera que ponerle un pero es que no cuentan con estacionamiento y tienes que quedarte sobre la avenida 135, invadiendo otros locales o casas, o bien estacionarte en frente. La segunda cosa sería su horario y es que es un arma de doble filo pues abren desde las 7:30 am lo cual es un plus para los amantes del café pero cierran a las 9, lo que dificulta poder disfrutar de una buena charla y un rico café saliendo del trabajo.
