Empanadas are hit and miss. Often undercooked. The most annoying thing about this place are the specials that are on the screen and counter right infant of you. For example, Monday is supposed to be 15 for 350 pesos. Well, right now they don't honor their price because it's December. But, not the first time. Other times they've given excuses for not having the advertised price as well. Unfortunately they don't understand when you charge more than what something is worth, you sell a lot less and make less money. PESIMO PESIMO SERVICIO!(NICHUPTE) YO Y MI ESPOSO FUIMOS EL DÍA DE HOY, Y UN TAL SALVADOR ES DE LO PEOR. NOS NEGO SALSA PICANTE, PRIMERO DIJO QUE NO TENÍA NI BOLSITA NI NADA PARA PONER SALSA PARA LLEVAR, ENTONCES MI ESPOSO LE RECLAMO COMO NO IBA TENER PARA LLEVAR SALSA PARA SUS EMPANADAS Y SALVADOR LE DIJO SI TENGO PERO SON PARA LOS CLIENTES PARA LA OTRA GENTE QUE VENGA, OSEA Y NOSOTROS NO SOMOS CLIENTES?? ACASO NO COMPRAMOS EMPANADAS?PORQE GRATIS NO FUERON, Y APARTE DESPUÉS QUE NO LE QUEDÓ DE OTRA QUE DARLE UNA MÍNIMA CANTIDAD DE SALSA TODAVÍA LE COBRO PARA DARLE SALSA DICIENDO QUE LAS SALSAS PARA LAS EMPANADAS TIENEN UN COSTO. ALGUIEN ALGUNA VES A IDO A UN LUGAR COMO CLIENTE PIDE SU SALSA Y SE LO COBRAN?? NO LO CREO... FUE NUESTRA PRIMERA Y ÚLTIMA VES QUE FUIMOS AHI, PRIMERO POR EL SERVICIO Y SEGUNDO LAS EMPANADAS NO ESTUVIERON BIEN LA ORDEN NO LA HICIERON COMO LAS PEDIMOS. SEGUIREMOS LLENDO A "LA EMPANADERIA" SOBRE LA LUNA EL MEJOR SERVICIO Y SUPER DELICIOSAS SUS EMPANADAS Y CHORIPANES. SUPERVISORES DUEÑOS POR FAVOR PONGAN ATENCIÓN AL TIPO DE GENTE QUE TENGAN PARA REPRESENTAR SU NEGOCIO, PORQE CON GENTE COMO SALVADOR NO VAN A LLEGAR MUY LEJOS, SE LOS DIJO COMO DUEÑA PROPIA QUE SOY DE...

Las empanadas están deliciosas y de muy buen tamaño (2 para la gente normal, 3 o 4 si llegas filoso, jajaja...) Tienen muchas opciones más allá de la clásica de carne. Tienen también otras opciones, como pizzas y lasagna. Cuentan con servicio a domicilio o puedes marcar y pasar por ellas o comer ahí mismo. Abrieron hace poco y lo están haciendo excelente: si se mantienen así, seguro tendrán mucho éxito.

Apunten todos los que tienen negocio, pues los pequeños detalles hacen una gran experiencia: las empanadas vienen marcadas con iniciales, para identificar su contenido, cosa especialmente necesaria cuando son muchas. Eso es tener un servicio orientado al cliente y siempre dará excelentes resultados.
