A Hidden Gem for Pizza Lovers in Cancun In the heart of Cancun, my wife and I discovered a true culinary delight for anyone who appreciates authentic Neapolitan-style pizza. This restaurant is a standout, delivering not only exceptional food but also a level of service that is second to none. It has quickly become a must-visit for us.

The Food: A Masterpiece of Crust and Toppings

The star of the show is undoubtedly the pizza. Cooked in a beautiful, custom-made oven from Mérida, the pizzas reach the high temperatures required to achieve a perfectly blistered crust with the iconic "leoparding" that defines Neapolitan style. The two-minute bake time is a testament to the oven's heat and the precision of the kitchen. A wide variety of toppings are available, and the thoughtful addition of three tasty dipping sauces for the crust elevates the experience.

Beyond the pizza, we were thoroughly impressed by the fresh salad we ordered. It was a well-balanced and flavorful creation, featuring calamatta olives, fresh mozzarella, and pine nuts, among other fresh ingredients. The attention to detail was evident, making the salad far from an afterthought. As a final touch, our table was also provided with two varieties of high-quality olive oil to enjoy with our food.

Outstanding Service and Atmosphere

The service was simply outstanding and remarkably attentive. This was demonstrated by two small but memorable moments. After I sneezed into my napkin, a waiter immediately appeared with a fresh stack of napkins, anticipating a need before I even had a chance to ask. Similarly, as soon as my empty beer glass was placed on the table, another waiter was there to offer a refill, which I happily accepted. The staff were consistently nice, friendly, and proactive throughout our meal.

The restaurant itself is clean and inviting, offering a variety of seating options, including outdoor patios, an indoor dining room, and an upper-level area. A small but well-stocked bar provides an extensive selection of alcohol.

A Few Suggestions and a Strong Recommendation

While my experience was nearly perfect, I did share a couple of minor suggestions with the chef, who was very receptive. I expressed my hope for the addition of a good cannoli for dessert and some Chianti on the menu, noting that Chianti was his personal favorite as well. While I would love to see these small additions, they would in no way prevent my return.

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic. The staff Daniel and Jimens went above and beyond. We came to the restaurant when there was no power in Cancun. They greeted us with open arms. They were able to make the pizza because it was a wood fireplace and had ice for our wine. You cannot visit Cancun without coming here! Best Nutella...

Las pizzas de este lugar son un espectáculo!!! Deliciosas, se siente luego luego la calidad de los ingredientes, ya que aunque te comas una entera no sentirás para nada que te cae pesado! Tenían una pizza de especialidad del día que era la 4 quesos que estaba fenomenal! Espero la dejen fija en su menú por que cada que vaya quiero pedirla!

El chef es un chico joven, se nota su pasión y su conocimiento sobre la cocina! Es italiano, justamente de Nápoles así que eso me hace entender por qué las pizzas están tan deliciosas!

Es un restaurante lindo, familiar, tiene terraza al aire libre y también un salón cerrado de dos pisos con aire acondicionado muy agusto, con una cocina abierta para que puedas ver cómo están preparando todas las pizzas y sirviéndolas recién salidas del horno.

Probamos igual la lasagna, una pasta, dos entradas y un par de postres y sin duda se ha puesto este restaurante dentro de mis favoritos de cocina italiana en Cancún!
