The place is easy to get to, and looks very nice on the outside. We didn't go inside, so I can't speak to that. The reason this place got such a bad rating was their workers. They were too busy on their phones to pay attention to us, ignoring us all together for a couple of questions we asked. Then they charged us the wrong amount, and the manager was just as bad as the person that messed up our order. I just wanted to cancel the entire order, but the manger said, no we made the sandwiches special for you with no onions. El viernes fui a comer con mi familia, y al llegar a la caja para ordenar nos dijeron que teníamos que tener el dinero exacto de nuestro pedido o pagar con tarjeta porque no tenían cambio, solo llevábamos efectivo, y ahí nos ven calculando que pedir para que no tengamos broncas. Llevábamos un billete de 500 y la cuenta fue de 450, le agregaron un sunday para cuadrar. Tardaron mucho en entregarnos , en ese instante pedí el sunday (sunday que pague no me regalaron ) y me dicen que al final (mi mamá con cara de... Y si quiero comérmelo ahorita?) Pues que al final voy a recogerlo. Tardaron unos diez minutos para atenderme , la chica muy grosera por cierto , me dijo que espere para ser atendida (ya había esperado y seguí esperando ) me dice que la máquina a penas lo estaba preparando. Que regresará en cinco minutos. Volví en unos 15 min y otra vez tardo en atenderme y super de mala gana . Al final resultó que estaba aguado y que tenía que esperar otros diez minutos, le dije que me lo diera como estaba porque no iba a esperar más y mi hija ya quería su helado .
