Starbucks — Restaurant in Chetumal

Very brand new building and the design is cute but what’s the point of that if they don’t have any hot drinks available?! It’s a coffee chain after all. The attitude of the barista is not even apologetic. The drive-thru was closed. A sign stating there’s no hot coffee would be helpful rather than being told after waiting in line....

Pues que te digo, las bebidas ricas como en cualquier otro starbucks, pero el servicio lento, tu pedido si lo haces en la aplicación a ver si tienes suerte y sale rápido sino el ahí te tienen esperando, y pude observar que la máquina o donde salen los pedidos, cada quien agarra como quiere en el orden que sea, no se van al último sino al más reciente, de la tira de pedidos, o sea que si perdiste desde hace media hora tu papelito se va quedando hasta el final, y ellos van despegando desde los que estén más cerca de la máquina, no sé si me doy a entender pero el caso es que no van en orden, así que pregunta y presiona por que sino na mas no saldrá tu pedido, y luego a pesar de que tienen pedidos ahí no dicen nombre, sacan bebidas solo las asientan en la barra y si tú reconoces lo que pediste pues preguntas y ya revisan y dicen ah si es este, cuando debieron decir el nombre para entregar mi pedido, pero bueno, ojalá mejoren en ese aspecto, de lo demás todo bien el...

One of the friendliest Starbucks I've ever been too! It's located in the parking lot of the mall as a stand alone. Food and coffee were up to Starbucks standards.

They have some cool swing type seating in the solarium.
