A Fuego Lento — Restaurant in Chiapas

I was expecting more of this place tbh. The rating is really high and the photos of the burgers look pretty nice too. The vibes of the place are super cozy, music is great but the Hamburguesa Alemana that I ordered had some pretty cold mashed potatoes and the overall taste was ok. The meat reminded me of those mixes of meat and soja. My girlfriend ordered the Troglodita Hotdog and there was nothing remarkable there. I'd like to go back and order something more classic because I think the place has potential. It could be better if they had some craft...

Las hamburgesas son de gran tamaño pero para llegar a la carne tienes que comerte primero 10 mordidas de pan para que encuentres la carne, le ponen tantos ingredientes que no saben a nada, no tiene caso hacer algo tan grande y tan lleno de ingredientes que no se pueda comer como debe de comerse. El hotdog por ejemplo tienes que comerlo con tenedor y cuchillo porque no se puede levantar para comerse como debería.

Además no hay donde estacionarse porque apartan el lugar frente al restaurante para que el dueño estacione su auto. No...

El lugar bien, pero la comida por mucho que traiga tantas cosas creo que deberían siquiera calentarlas.... Los Nuggets de mi hamburguesa venían FRIOS al igual que la chistorra... El chico me ofreció dos rebanadas de piña y al final me dieron solo 1 y ni asada venia... Y en Martes no tengan ni alitas ni costillas ni salsas te hace solo poder elegir entre hamburguesas y ya.... cuando le pedí picante me dijeron que ya no tenían y solo me dió más que "juguito" de la salsa de cacahuate o...
