Condimento — Restaurant in Chiapas

This restaurant is inside the Marriot hotel and I tried the breakfast buffet as well as the dinner. The buffet American style has a little of everything including any style eggs , juice, coffee, dessert and more. As for the dinner they offer Mexican food and the arachera and rib tacos were both made well. The enchiladas were ok. The service was good and fast. The restaurant looks very nice since it is a large area and has large windows. The tint on the windows needs to be redone and be cleaned but overall the restaurant looks nice. There were little bugs by the back wall by the plants, they are harmless but if you don't want those bugs then seat away...

I reserved two tables for me and my family for the new year's eve. The price was about 53 USD per person with no beverages included. The place is nice but, overall, the food was not worth the price.

It was a buffet. The salad bar was disappointing. I did not even tried the desserts, since they look so unappealing. The only thing that was good (but no 50 USD good) was a carrot soup and a fish dish. Moreover, even that you are paying extra, there were no good beverages.

El restaurante es excelente, combinar servicio, atención y sabor en los alimentos lo hace único. El buffet ofrece una gran variedad de opciones a la hora del desayuno, la presentación de los mismos es digna de un hotel de la categoría del hotel Marriott y grupo Diestra al que pertenece este hotel en el sur del país, el costo por persona es de $260 de lunes a sábado y $265 en domingos para adultos mientras que para los niños $150. Algo que llamó mi atención es que el café en todas las mesas te dejan una jarrita de café para que puedas servirte las veces que quieres y te la rellenan las veces que quieras, las tazas de café son enormes y muy peculiares. El restaurante consta de 4 estaciones: la de waffles y hot cakes que también tienen cereales y complementos, la estación de frutas y postres donde existen gelatinas, natillas y frutas con complementos, la estación de guisos calientes que dependiendo del día es el guiso que hay y cualquier es muy rico, así como la estación de huevos y preparación al momento, dónde a parte de huevos al gusto te preparan quesadillas. Hay aguas de limonada, naranjada, jugo verde y Chocomilk, leche light y entera, dentro de las cosas que no me parecieron tan buenas es que el agua de naranja sabía mucho a jugo de caja rebajado con agua, esto le restaba mucho sabor, fuera de ellos creo que lo más importante es que por el precio que es el más elevado en cuanto a buffetes en la ciudad no se siente dicho costo porque la calidad y atención lo hacen pasar a segundo término.
