Arrived there and they put us on a list. Sat for about 45 minutes and thought something was wrong. Nice to learn that they seated us already. So, they put us in the back room by the road next to an extremely loud party of four. It was so loud that I downloaded a decibel meter. The room had a range of between 75 and 85. When the loud woman opened her mouth to talk trash, over 100 DB. I ordered a hamburger. It took a very long time to arrive cold. I did send the fries back. They were not worth eating. Even though the hamburger was over cooked it was of good quality. The manager did check in on us and he was informed of the issues we had. HOY ME LLEVE UNA MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA DE ESTE LUGAR 😔 Pido mis alimentos a las 11:05 pm (siendo el horario que aparece en el lugar hasta las 12 pm el cierre) El problema desde el inicio empieza con faltantes en nuestros platillos argumentando que ya se iva a cerrar pronto 🙃 , sirven alimentos y sin cubiertos para comenzar a consumirlos, sin platillos para repartir las porciones pues pedí algún platillo doble, ya al lograr pedir a una mesera diferente los cubiertos y a la gerenta los platos ya estaba medio FRIO la comida, comenzamos a comer ☹️, solicitamos refil en nuestras bebidas y de haber estado consumiendo limonada (qué es lo que acostumbramos consumir , no nos gusta el refresco) nos traen refrescos porque nos dice el mesero que como ya van a cerrar los recipientes de las limonadas ya habían sido desocupados 😮‍💨 y al mismo tiempo solicitándome el pago de la cuenta pues ya harían corte 🫣 de caja a lo cual pues a dejar de comer y pues a pagar para PODER SEGUIR CENANDO 🤬. Un hijo mío al haberle pedido su platillo kids como la mayoría de los niños esperaba su nieve 🍨 👶 y que sorpresa que al haberla pedido en 2 ocaciones y el mesero preguntar en las mismas 2 ocaciones que se le solicito el sabor de la nieve pues NUNCA LLEGO . Ya sorprendido por tanta merma en servicio y alimentos me dirijo con la GERENTA y le expuse todo este tema pues es entendible que si para ellos ya era tarde para atender MINIMO COMENTARLE A LOS CLIENTES CUÁL SERÁ EL SERVICIO A RECIVIR Y UNO SABE A LO QUE VA 🤥 Ya de salida la gerenta me quería dar una tarjetita de cortesía para alimentos pero le comenté que no era necesario que le agradecería SOLO LA NIEVE 🍨 (que ya había pagado a medios alimentos fríos) Se me dio la nieve agradecí y pues a pensarla 2 veces...

Great place if you are looking to have dinner and let the kids enjoy the play place, they will have fun and let you have dinner and talk with your companions.
