Amazing restaurant in Chihuahua city. Stopped in for dinner and everything was excellent. The atmosphere is amazing with a very relaxed high-end feel. Beautiful dinning room with a central fountain and chandelier. We had a cheese and chorizo appetizer, can't remember the name of the cheese, but it was excellent. Scoop it out onto a tortilla and enjoy. For my entrée I had the carne asada. Very tasty, seasoned and cooked to perfection. The wait staff is on point also, super atentive. The food is nice but also very expensive for Mexico. We had a good Salmon Pékin but unfortunately also a semi-cold ribeye steak. And the wine is definitely out of range: 10$ for one glass of unknown local white ! When we settled our bill and decided to leave a 10% tip the waiter freaked out at our table and made us feel uncomfortable for several minutes. We gave feedback about the steak but he didn't want to hear anything and left furious.. not an admissible behavior for such a wanna be high class restaurant. Will...

I had been wanting to go here for a while because I've been told this is one of chihuahuas best restaurants. Sure enough, it did not disappoint. The food was marvelous, the wait staff was attentive, friendly and professional. The location was very nice, the inside was clean and large and there are several rooms to hold private events, if need be. I've been told this was a museum before it became a restaurant.
