What a disappointment!. This was our 5th visit there and our second New Year's Eve supper. Our table was not ready. Menu was only available on Instagram so people at our table could not see the menu and people with bad vision could not zoom on the menu. All our appetizers and main entrées arrived together. We were 6 people with 12 plates on the table. Everything was room temperature. Not one meal was hot. I received a tepid shrimp bisque and a plate with 4 tiny agnolettis in brodo, again at the same time. My guest had a carpaccio and a raw filet mignon with congealed cheese sauce when she asked for medium well. Their solution was to microwave it. Microwave a filet mignon! Another guest asked for sauce on the side, it was on it and room temperature as all the other filets. Our shrimp bisque had not been sieved so all 4 of our soups had shells and lots of them . The chicken dish was also in seized sauce . As we just started eating they came to ask how the food was. First of the staff is really friendly and helpful. My Spanish in not that great and at least two know some English. I do find them a bit slow and not as attentive.
I ordered a matcha latte which took about 10ish minutes. It was very sweet and just tasted like vanilla milk. Wouldn't recommend getting it if you want matcha flavor. I also ordered the French toast which took about 20 minutes. The flavors were good, I really liked the strawberry marmalade with it and the mascarpone mousse was good too. Unfortunately, the middle of the French toast was still very soggy and milky.

The filet mignon was so very tender, truffle potatoes while a little cool were very tasty as were the veggies, a combo of asparagus, mushrooms, corn and brussels sprouts. Husband had short ribs which he says are the best that he has ever had. We were served a small appetizer, on the house, which was very good.
