In general it's alright but keep in mind that I went relatively early on a weekday, where there's not a lot of people, so my review is drastically different to others.

Said prior, it's pretty alright, I say this after going several times. Originally the service and food was better, more wings, more options, overall the quality has definitely downgraded but not completely gone down the drain. For an all you can eat meal, it's pretty good but the wings are pretty small compared to before and you constantly have to have a drink, so I recommend you come well hydrated beforehand and keep your drink even. As for the staff, some are nice but there are definitely some rather sour people, especially heading more into the afternoon, perhaps because they're tired. I've had the fortunate experience of having nice staff who regularly ask if we need something once we've finished and are reasonable with their time and tone. However also mentioned before was the rather sour people, where some didn't wear masks (the mandate was still in place for customers but they weren't wearing them) until a general manager of sorts came in to inspect the place in which the mood completely changed from them.

Good food, bad service Pros: The wings, boneless, baked potatoes, ribs and french fries… they’re definitely delicious. Also, the atmosphere was lively, with great music... it’s a perfect place to meet with your friends. I think the bill was reasonable because you can eat as many wings, boneless, ribs and potatoes as you want for $210 and a soda. Esta vez nos tocó remodelacion, aún así entramos por que somos asiduos al lugar, total iba a festejar a mi hermana y era viernes, el Mesero que nos atendió estaba camote (este termino lo utilizamos los que nos dedicamos al ramo) tuve que pedirle a otra persona me proporcionará salsitas para mi comida, NO SABE EXPLICAR el menú y promoción, Se le comentó al señor de lentes que imagino es el encargado, se acercó el capitán o encargado de meseros creo no les pareció y de ahí desconfíe me hicieran como la película NOSOTROS LOS NOBLES desde la cocina pues aventaron sillas de un lado donde estábamos, le subieron a su bocina que no tiene fidelidad alguna y nos pusieron malas caras, al pagar me detienen por No dar propina al mesero, le dije que su mal servicio a eso llegó, ni pastel de cumpleaños pedimos por lo mal que la pase, al parecer hasta la cocina lo supo por que nos hicieron unas caras horribles, Si se les comenta que tal vez el servicio no está como debería en vez de enojarse, Capaciten a su personal, no le hagan caras al cliente y no obliguen a dar propina cuando no se la ganan, fueron groseros punto.
