As I approached the door, a server opened for me and greeted me in a very welcoming and warm tone. The restaurant is not a large venue, but it has a very cozy atmosphere with a touch of elegance. Ruben was my server. He was amazing! I asked Ruben for his recommendation between the favorito especial roll and the yamasaki roll. He smiled and said: most definitely, the yamasaki roll taste is more complex with a hint of spiciness. I think it will please your palate. I followed his recommendation and I was not disappointed. The Yamasaki roll is a hot roll that has a mixture of sweetness and spiciness. After I finished my roll, I requested once again Ruben’s recommendation for dessert. He assured me that the Pay de guayaba was the way to go….so I went with it. I also ordered an expresso. OMG!!! That dessert blew my mind! Every bite was full of guava flavor. It tasted natural and the combination with the nuts was out of this world. I alternated between the dessert and the expresso. In one...

Best Japanese restaurant we tried in Saltillo! Very nice atmosphere - beautiful and clean interior, just enough music / TV to add to the vibe, but not to overpower conversations. Food was between excellent and good. Best simple Edamame I had outside Japan. Beef was delicious. Tuna "sashimi" turned out to be ceviche, but very good. And the guava cheese cake was to die for. Only the Mexican roll I did not like so much as it was deep fried and a bit dry. But overall, absolutely worth going! And best of all: Super attentive and...

Located in a nice modern neighborhood, so the price is a bit on the upper side. The taste of the food is good, loved the ponzu salmon sashimi, very creative and delicious way to enjoy sashimi. The sushi rolls are good, but the rice is too soft. The main entree does not come with rice, so you would have to order rice or other carb to go with, and the flavor tends to be a bit too salty. Service is attentive and professional, they also have...
