Boruca — Restaurant in Coahuila

I got to say it was a really nice place.. our server was great Julio was one of a kind very attentively to our table. The only thing I didn't like was the we make a reservation and the hostess said it was canceled and they gave us a darktable all the way in the corner which there were a lot of tables available at the time and we really wanted to not be hidden, other then that it was a really chilling place. I will be back on anytime soon... I mean in restaurant business myself and I like a good service in a good spot where people go to enjoy food,...

Visite el lugar por primera vez, el servicio es muy bueno y todo el personal es muy atento, cuenta con suficiente estacionamiento (al menos durante la hora que visitamos, 2 pm), está en buena ubicación y es un poco caro pero la comida vale la pena, es muy deliciosa, la limonada con agua mineral les quedo muy bien, aunque parezca algo sencillo en muchos lugares no les sale bien, solamente les doy 4 estrellas por que tardan mucho en servir la comida, esperemos mas de 25 minutos y no había mucha gente en el restaurante, fuera de eso esta muy bien.

Visit the place for the first time, the service is very good and all the staff are very attentive, it has enough parking (at least during the time we visit, 2 pm), it is in a good location and it is a little expensive but the food is worth it, it's very delicious, the lemonade with mineral water was very good for them, although it seems something simple in many places it doesn't taste good, I only give them 4 stars because they took a long time to serve the food, we wait more than 25 minutes and there wasn’t a lot of people in the restaurant, other than that...

Pedí una ensalada César y parece que fui a pedirles el favor de que me regalaran las sobras, estaba pésima, horrible, sin chiste, una basura y una burla para los que tienen ganas de una ensalada o una comida "decente". La lechuga estaba toda pasada y muy apenas tenía pollo, de ahí en más el resto era prácticamente imperceptible, muy simple y para el precio en la que la venden uno espera que al menos te den ingredientes frescos, por no decir también una cantidad considerable, y el servicio apenas fue aceptable.

Así como ellos no tienen la vergüenza de entregar este tipo de alimentos en ese estado, yo no tengo la vergüenza de expresar cómo fue mi experiencia desagradable en este restaurante. Sé que también han hecho buena comida porque ya les he comprado con anterioridad, pero parece que cada vez van de mal en peor y que no les interesa cumplir con los estándares de calidad que se supone que son...
