Copper Steakhouse — Restaurant in Coahuila

The first time I visited Cherokee restaurant now known as (Copper) was to celebrate my husband's birthday back in December. We ordered ensalada de Burrata, Guacamole Clasico, Arrachera Cherokee, Cheesecake Frio de Frutos Rojos, and the cheesecake Vasco on the second visit. Each plate was uniquely delicious leaving an unforgettable taste. The decoration of the restaurant is classy and rich as warm brown colors were used to back up the classic partners for black. I loved the powerful combination since it was used in the right balance.

The celebration of my husband's birthday was unforgettable. The staff came with drums and a head bonnet placing it on my husband's head. They also brought Oreos Fritas with candles. I felt so happy to see his joy and happiness and I knew I made the right choice to come to Cherokee/Copper for this special day.

On our second visit, yesterday, the food was as good as the first time, however, I felt the service was less focused which made my husband disappointed. As soon as we mentioned it to the manager he made sure that we would leave with a smile. I believe that is what makes a restaurant unique and special, that they make their customers valued and heard.

My only recommendation for the restaurant is to offer the physical menu to customers who could struggle with the QR code menu on their phones and give them the option to choose to avoid any inconvenience.

I wish I could give it a review but it I walked out as the service was horrible. I was really looking forward to it as I came here all the way from Washington DC and I don't come often. I requested a specific table to be at the corner since I have 2 kids. 1 and 3 year old. They denied my request even when the place was almost empty. It really surpassed my expectations, food is real signature one. Lots of parking, staff is very kind and servicial ask for Andrea if you want the best waitress in town!!!.
