Don Tiburcio Musa — Restaurant in Coahuila

This was a fun place for lunch. The restaurant had a tiki-hut vibe and was decorated with sports memorabilia. The seating was cozy but comfortable. I'm not a real fan of a menu on my mobile device but it is tolerable. I prefer a physical menu. The digital menu is provided in Spanish and English. I started with a ceviche (half shrimp half fish. It was served with a generous amount of avocado. This was a tasty start. I also had a couple tuna Tostadas (Tuna Tako Tako, DT Tuna) and a tuna taco (tuna carnitas). All were really well prepared and very flavorful. The Tako Tako was the best. Don Tiburcio offers a limited selection of menu choices but really makes every one...

Fantastic place to enjoy gourmet seafood tacos. Really enjoyed their food. Everything is well presented and the flavors are unexpected and delicious. We tried several varieties of fish and shrimp tacos / tostadas, and everything was on point. Two tacos each were enough to get my husband and me feeling plenty. They have also a sauce bar to add even more fun to your dishes. The place itself is decent and the decor is ok, although informal. Memorable food experience thought....

🌴 Ambiente (3/5): El lugar tiene un ambiente agradable con una decoración acorde al estilo playero. Sin embargo, la selección musical deja mucho que desear; reproducían canciones con contenido explícito a pesar de haber familias y niños presentes, lo cual no debería ocurrir en un establecimiento con enfoque familiar.

⏳ Servicio y tiempos de espera (4/5): A pesar de no ser hora pico, el servicio fue eficiente y los tiempos de espera fueron adecuados. La comida llegó bien servida y caliente, lo cual siempre se agradece.

👨‍🍳 Atención al cliente (5/5): Sin duda, el punto más fuerte del lugar. Los meseros y encargados fueron sumamente atentos, lo que hizo la experiencia mucho más agradable.

🧼 Limpieza (4/5): En general, el restaurante se mantiene limpio. No obstante, la barra necesita más atención, ya que algunos elementos no lucían frescos.

🚗 Instalaciones y ubicación (5/5): Excelente ubicación y amplio estacionamiento, lo que facilita la visita. El concepto del lugar es perfecto para disfrutar mariscos en un ambiente cómodo.

🔹 Conclusión: Un lugar con gran potencial, buena comida y excelente servicio. Si mejoran la selección musical y prestan más atención a la frescura en la barra, podrían elevar aún más la experiencia...
