The food is tasty, but this restaurant needs to train its waiters better...It seems like the waiters have no interest in their customers. Their only concern seems to be clearing empty plates quickly and hoping for big tips..🤑 It's disappointing to have waiters who aren't attentive and are just waiting for tips💸..The food tastes good, but I don't think it's great value for money. It depends on what you order, but it was a bit disappointing. I noticed that other reviews mentioned there should be sauce with the parrillada, but mine had none. After requesting, I received three different sauces. Also, we didn't get any corn chips before the meal, and we didn't receive any soup (I'm not sure if soup is supposed to be included as it was my first visit). The amount of food labeled as 4 servings of parrillada seemed incredibly small to me. For the four meals we had, plus parrillada and lemonade, we paid over 2200 pesos for three people. The price and service are still hard to understand. I don't think I'll visit again.
✔️This place is suitable for those who look for delicious food and a nice atmosphere without considering the waiters' attitude and prices!!
Somehow, I feel like if I went to another restaurant, I could get more delicious food with attentive service from waiters at the...
Read moreI recently had lunch here so I was passing through down and the food was simply outstanding and couldn't have been better.
The atmosphere of the place is also beautiful and very pleasant surroundings to dine.
As to the negative semicolon as I was paying and getting ready to leave the tip. The waiter was hovering over me watching. I found it quite intrusive but at the time didn't say anything. I put down what was meant to have been a portion but had no extra cash and was waiting for my lunch companion to come back so he could give me the rest so I can leave a tip in pesos not on the credit card.
The waiter looked at me and said in Spanish that's only 8% and he had a scowl on his face.
I was shocked and told him rather angrily, that's what I've decided to leave you be happy. Course you didn't know that I was going to leave the second half and I did so before we left the restroom and the table.
On the way I smiled said goodbye in Spanish and the waiter looked at me with a look of disgust on his face and just slithered by without acknowledgment.
His management sees this. You should tell your employees not to have this type of an attitude with customers, especially when the employees have no idea...
Read moreMy favorite and a must go to restaurant every given opportunity. The food is delicious, the service has for the most part been of quality and the atmosphere is to admire. To start off your breakfast I'd recommend "Cafe de la Olla";afterwards, you can't go wrong with any of their meals.
Prices are good for the quality you receive, this isn't a corner taco shop, nor a quick takeout.
Can't believe some snotty individuals complaining they don't have employees that speak English smh. Go eat somewhere else entitled ones, better yet bring your own translator.
Thank You Hacienda...
