Vast amount of food for the right price...
Maybe the only things to improve would be letting you order some of the plates for lunch during breakfast, like "enchiladas and flautas," since they already have everything to prepare them. Also, the speed of preparation could be improved a tiny bit. One weird one would be actually putting some regional music pretty weird for the place to be all decorated with Mexican decor and have Dua Lipa and BTS on the background while Pancho Villa is sitting next to me.
Other than that, you will pay around $175.00 MXN per person, including food and beverage.
If you bring children, beware, it's a ton of food. Try to tell them to just bring you 1 hotcake per kid instead of the 3 they normally bring you.
Orange juice was really natural squeezed flavor, and coffee was good, but for the price, they should probably make it refillable (at least once).

Ayer visité el lugar por primera vez y mi experiencia fue bastante mala. Debo decir que soy una persona muy paciente y es muy raro que haga reseñas negativas sobre algún lugar, pero en este caso es necesario. Al llegar, nadie me recibió ni me ofrecieron donde sentarme, por lo que escogí un lugar de mi preferencia. La mesera que pasaba cerca de mi mesa nunca hizo el intento de preguntarme si necesitaba algo o por lo menos hacer contacto visual. Pasaron alrededor de unos 15 minutos hasta que tuve que alzar la voz para que me viera, y sin ofrecerme siquiera el menú ni algo de tomar me pregunto "¿Qué va a querer?" — "Pues no se que hay, es mi primera vez", contesté. Se apresuró a dejarme un menú y se fue. Aquí termina la historia prácticamente, ya que la mesera nunca volvió, y a pesar de haber otros meseros, jamás se acercaron.
