An Executive chef's review
What a pleasant surprise, all of the plates that we ordered were beautifully plated
As well as every item perfectly cooked
we ordered the salmon with lemon sauce which had crunchy skin and a juicy interior
The Sashimi scallops are a must order perfectly balanced and not too citrusy
The fettuccine with Gorgonzola was also a nice addition to our meal
And the filet mignon was perfectly cooked as requested with a nice wine sauce and mashed potatoes with asparagus
We ordered two desserts the meringue and the soft toffee, both were beautifully plated and an excellent finishing to our meal
We were fortunate enough to get to speak with Chef Oliver and to hear the history of the restaurant and of the logo as well as his culinary preparation
