As a Texan and I make brisket myself, I have other BBQ to compare it to. The place looked nice and cozy. The county music made it feel like I was in Texas. The brisket texture was good. It was soft meat and pulled apart nicely, it lacked in smoke and rub flavor. The Pork ribs were fall off the bone, but were very dry. They lacked rub flavor as well. Revisé algunas reseñas y me dejé llevar por ellas, la vdd tenía ganas de costillas y no había, no es posible que de 3 cosas que vendes te falte 1, tuve que pedir brisket y pulled pork, con el brisket todo muy bien casi llegando a excelente en su sabor, pero el pulled pork olía un poco raro y aún así me lo comí por consecuencia me hizo daño, mal muy mal por lo que cuestan esoslos alimentos, por último el complemento de puré bueno también, pero definitivamente tienen un tache por hacer eso con la comida, el servicio en general es malo, no te explican la dinámica para comer y esperan que sepan que debes de hacer pues funciona como un restaurant de comida rápida solo que pagas al final, mala actitud del chico que atiende, al ambiente si le doy 4 estrellas porque se ve muy bien aunque no se encuentra en buenas condiciones pues fui al baño y no servían las luces, si vas a tener un restaurant procura tener servicios básico en buen estado, no se como obtuvieron esas 4 estrellas la vdd, me sentí muy...
