I’ve been dining here for over three years and have always looked forward to my visits, but my experience today at 5:30 PM left me extremely disappointed. The service has declined drastically — staff were inattentive, unwelcoming, and I felt ignored despite the restaurant not being busy. I had to repeatedly ask for basic things, and even my ashtray was removed and not replaced.
To add to my disappointment: I specifically requested a spicy sauce and was told none was available. However, I noticed that the next table was served habanero sauce shortly after. For a place that charges premium prices, this level of service is unacceptable. The warmth and attentiveness I used to appreciate are now gone. We ordered berries cheesecake and it was SO GOOD!!!!!!! My face gave the instant reaction of love 🫶🏻 The only thing I think the restaurant needs to pay attention to is the orders. I asked not to have bacon in the burger since I do not eat pork. However, they brought them both with bacon in them. Read moreDurante la pandemia pedía de este lugar por medio de la aplicación, comida de buena calidad y sabor así como precios adecuados, con base en esas experiencias decidimos comer aquí, pedimos unas mollejas , una hamburguesa y un chamorro. Las mollejas mal cocinadas aguadas con demasiada gordos se ve que no le untaron los excesos de gordo antes de la cocción y al cocinero se le hizo buena idea aventar toda la o aceite con las que se cocinaron como parte de la presentación del platillo, grasa de las mollejas más grasa de la cocción muy mala idea. La hamburguesa normal, pero el chamorro, reseco definitivamente tenía más de una recalentada.
Dejé un 10% de propina y a la mesera no le pareció, no dejé el 10% por mal servicio sino para que enterara al cocinero que el cliente dejó casi toda la comida que pidió por falta de calidad en su trabajo. Si tienen oportunidad de ir a este lugar...
