Terrible service, dinned in and waited 15+ minutes for 6 nuggets despite 4 others who ordered after me got their food prior to me. Maintenance workers working on the building and surrounding franchises came behind employee areas to fill their water bottles with ice while lack of staff were helping others waiting in line. HORRIBLE!!! Walked in, went to a very nice and line with me being the first. People were sitting, laughing, smiling and possibly eating.
